G80 galvanized/boiled black/polished chain
High strength and lightweight: The tensile strength is ≥ 800MPa, about twice that of ordinary carbon steel chains, with high load-bearing capacity and light self weight.
Process and toughness: Resistance butt welding+overall quenching and tempering, the weld joint is firm, stress free, and has strong impact and deformation resistance.
Safe traceability: with G80 identification and batch traceability, verified with 2.5 times the working tension, and a breaking force of 4 times the working load.
Strong adaptability: common specifications with a diameter of 4-32mm, can be used to assemble multi limb suspension cables, and is compatible with various lifting accessories.
Environmental tolerance: resistant to temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+200 ℃, with optional surface treatments such as galvanizing/blackening/Dacromet, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Compliant and reliable: meets CE/ISO requirements, adapts to frequent lifting and heavy load conditions, has a long service life, and low maintenance costs.
