Pre homework inspection: Before starting work, a comprehensive inspection of the electric hoist is required, including mechanical components, electrical systems, braking systems, etc., to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.

Confirmation of work environment: Clear safety warning signs should be set up at the work site, work restricted areas should be designated, and unrelated personnel are prohibited from entering; Adequate lighting must be ensured for night work.
Requirements for binding and lifting: The object being lifted must be securely and reliably bound, and the appropriate binding method should be selected based on the shape, weight, and center of gravity of the object; When lifting, the operator must stand in a safe position on the side of the object, and it is strictly prohibited to stand under the lifted object, within the rotation range of the crane arm, or on the trajectory of the object.
Operation specifications: The lifting and lowering speed should be slow and steady, and sudden lifting, lowering, or starting and stopping are strictly prohibited; When lifting and walking, the height of the heavy object above the ground should be controlled between 0.5-1m to facilitate timely adjustment of direction and response to emergencies.
Prohibited behavior: Do not pull, hang, or pull buried objects diagonally; Overloading lifting is prohibited; It is prohibited to use electric hoists to suspend suspended objects in the air for a long time.
Emergency response: In case of brake failure, heavy object sliding or other emergency situations, the emergency stop button should be immediately pressed to cut off the main power supply and prevent the fault from expanding.
